MARCH 20 CURHAN SIGNS WITH BEARS Former Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Jake Curhan has a new home after agreeing to a one-year contract with the Chicago Bears. Curhan, 26, spent the first three years of his career with the Seahawks, appearing in 29 games and starting nine of them. The 6-6, 316-pound lineman joined the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Cal in 2021. Now going to Chicago, Curhan will be reunited with offensive coordinator Shane Waldron, who spent the past three years in the same role for Seattle. MARCH 5 DIGGS SENDS MESSAGE Per reports from NFL Network on Wednesday, the Seattle Seahawks are cutting safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs in a major cap-clearing move. Diggs, who has been with Seattle since arriving in a mid-season trade from the Detroit Lions in 2019, has become a fan favorite during his time in the Pacific Northwest.
