Since taking the reins in 2017, the Vols have soared, securing a third trip to the College World Series in just four seasons.

As reported by WVLT, Vitello’s contract includes a base pay of $350,000 and “Supplemental Pay” totaling $1.5 million, connected to the University of Tennessee’s broadcast and consultation deals.
With the Vols’ recent success, his earnings this year will be a minimum of $1,612,000, not including performance-related bonuses and his share from bat and equipment endorsements.
