Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff led a thrilling comeback win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, with a 25-22 victory at Ford Field.
Goff threw for 256 yards and 2 touchdowns, including the game-winner to tight end T.J. Hockenson with just 1:49 remaining.
“We never gave up,” Goff said. “We knew we had the talent and the heart to win this game.”
The Lions trailed 19-7 at halftime, but Goff led a fierce second-half rally, scoring 18 unanswered points.
“This win is huge for us,” said Lions head coach Dan Campbell. “It shows we’re a team to be reckoned with.”
