Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford threw for 321 yards and 2 touchdowns in a 27-20 win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Stafford, who was acquired by the Rams in the offseason, has been impressive in his first season with the team.
“He’s our leader,” said Rams head coach Sean McVay. “He’s got the poise and confidence to lead us to victory.”
The Rams improved to 4-1 on the season, with Stafford throwing 10 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions.
“We’re clicking on all cylinders,” Stafford said. “We’re feeling good about where we’re at.”
