The slide in question was a video of Sha’Carri Richardson standing still as ever as a butterfly rested on her face.
The 24-year-old looked petrified, as she kept repeating “okay” to herself. Christian Coleman can be heard doing the same off-camera. As calm as the Olympian looked, she spilled the beans on what really went through her mind. “I understand completely 😂I literally had to remember how to breathe,” she responded in jest. While the sprinter can look back at this moment and laugh, it sure didn’t look that way in the video.

They realized that she had finally soft-launched her rumored beau, Coleman.
