The Miami Dolphins have officially released running back Raheem Mostert, cornerback Kendall Fuller, and tight end Durham Smythe in a series of roster moves aimed at creating salary cap flexibility and reshaping the team ahead of the 2025 season.

“Looks like my client Raheem Mostert will be playing elsewhere next season,” Mostert’s agent, Brett Tessler, wrote earlier Friday on X. “Very thankful for his time with the Miami Dolphins, and this gives them a chance to get younger and gives him a chance to pursue a ring elsewhere.”
Raheem Mostert, who joined Miami in 2022, played a crucial role in the team’s offense over the past three seasons. His best year came in 2023, when he rushed for 1,012 yards and led the NFL with 21 total touchdowns.
