As of March 21, 2025, running back Kaydin “KD” Jones, a four-star prospect from Jenks High School in Oklahoma, has not publicly announced his college commitment. Jones, ranked as the No. 17 running back nationally and the No. 5 prospect in Oklahoma for the class of 2026, has received offers from multiple programs, including the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, and the University of Louisville.
In April 2024, Jones visited Louisville, where he expressed a strong connection with the coaching staff, particularly running backs coach Chris Barclay, and described the experience as feeling “like home.”
While the University of Oklahoma is among his top choices, Jones has not made a final decision regarding his commitment. The Sooners, along with other interested programs, await his announcement as he continues to evaluate his options.
