Landry struck out nine and allowed just four hits to improve to 9-0, winning her second game of the series.
The Sooners won two of three in the series, winning the opener 8-0 in five innings before dropping their first game of the season 3-1 on Saturday.
OU (29-1, 8-1 SEC) plays at Wichita State on Wednesday before resuming SEC play Friday at home against Tennessee.
The Tigers took the lead in the third on Julia Crenshaw’s solo homer to left.
But the Sooners bounced back to tie it on Nelly McEnroe-Marinas’ solo homer to lead off the fourth.
OU grabbed the lead in the sixth on Kasidi Pickering’s two-run homer to center with two outs, then added some insurance in the seventh with a pair of unearned runs.
