WE DID IT PHILLY! We are so proud to announce that over $3 million dollars generated from the sales of ‘A Philly Special Christmas Special’ vinyl album has been donated to a variety of handpicked organizations in Philadelphia and beyond.
“Every musician involved in this year’s record nominated a nonprofit that was important to them, and we couldn’t be more proud to support these organizations who are making a positive impact in their communities!” the organizers said on Instagram.
Organizations include Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s Crisis Treatment Center, Philadelphia Children Alliance, Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, Philly Goat Project, Toys for Tots, Ronald McDonald House and Feeding America as well as groups that address education, child car, hunger, autism, health and medicine.
The first album in 2022 raised $1.25 million for local charities and sold out almost immediately.
The second album was sold via pre-orders than launched in November.
