Indiana football transfer portal additions
Jan. 6: Indiana football has signed former Pittsburgh defensive back Ryland Gandy out of the transfer portal. The redshirt junior was a full-time starter for Pitt in 2024 — he had 40 tackles (23 solo) with two pass breakups in 13 starts — and has two years of eligibility remaining. The Hoosiers previous staff had offered Gandy when he was a three-star recruit coming out of Budford High School in the 2022 signing class.
