Jayhawks in the NFL Draft: Devin Neal selected by New Orleans Saints in 6th round

GREEN BAY, WIS. – Former Kansas running back Devin Neal had to wait longer than expected, but he eventually was drafted to the New Orleans Saints with pick No. 184 in the sixth round on Saturday. He was the first Jayhawk off the board in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Neal is the all-time record holder for rushing yards, touchdowns and total touchdowns at Kansas. The Lawrence native cemented himself in the history books at Kansas and is now taking his next steps into the NFL.
