Florida Gators QB DJ Lagway getting the attention he deserves with announcement of new Netflix series
The Florida Gators are going to be a team to watch during the 2025 season, mainly because of the presence of star quarterback DJ Lagway. He will get featured on the new Netflix show Any Given Saturday, which drops August 5th, will prioritize focusing on many high-profile matchups.

Lagway is quoted in the above promo video talking about playing his first Florida game.

“My first Florida game, surreal moment. There’s been a lot of expectations.”

Lagway isn’t going to be the only Gators quarterback featured, as now Houston Texansdraft pick Graham Mertz talked about the torn ACL he suffered against the Tennessee Volunteers.

This looks to be a really interesting series, especially for those who are big fans of college football. The idea seems to be focusing on the big matchups and pageantry of the SEC, which is the best in the nation.
