There has been plenty of action happening off Stadium Drive.
Drivers can see the construction of the Dunlap Football Center and ongoing renovation to Doak Campbell Stadium.
Both are scheduled to be completed by next summer, in time for Florida State’s showdown against visiting Alabama to open the season Aug. 30.
The days have also been busy and appointments ongoing inside Building C near the Moore Athletic Center and at the Preview Center in College Town.
That’s where Seminole Boosters, Inc., continue its extensive outreach program with season ticket holders.
Mark Cameron, vice president of stadium development and sales strategy for Seminole Boosters, Inc., wants to make sure FSU season ticket holders and fans are receiving accurate information regarding their ticket renewals, pricing and options.
Cameron said since last month’s recent launch, the strategy has featured nine different message segments. He said by increasing message relevancy it helps personalize the customer experience and can lead to greater engagement
“Next football season will be my 15th here at Florida State and this renewal process is unlikely any we’ve had previously,” Cameron told the Tallahassee Democrat.
“It’s the culmination of donors having already committed to new seating experiences over the past couple years, combined with preselling our final seating experience and renewing donors into bleacher seating.
“It’s important for us to approach every interaction individually because everyone’s situation is different.”
The fundraising group has been committed to meeting with every donor by their priority (level of contribution) to discuss new seating experiences. Cameron’s group has met with more than 200 donors this week, for instance.
FSU’s $265 million commitment to modernize Doak Campbell Stadium has included an increase in season tickets and a one-time capital gift contribution for seats in select areas.
Since this process started last year, Cameron’s staff has met with those with in Sections 29 through 37 on the home side or in the Dunlap Champions Club.
Cameron said the organization has met with over 4,000 donors face-to-face or virtually.
The latest focus has been on the final new seating experience, which are chairback seats on the west sidelines. They will have reached out to all donors who previously sat in sections 29-37 by the end of January and all season tickets by March.
Additionally, the group has also released the 2025 seating chart and pricing map for bleacher seating. The renewal deadline is April 10th, 2025.
