SONOMA, Calif., April 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — La Crema, American Winery of the Year and renowned producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, announced today that it will be an official multiyear partner of the Indiana Fever going into the 2025 WNBA season. This partnership marks a significant step in La Crema’s commitment to supporting women’s sports and expands upon La Crema’s existing role as the official wine partner of the WNBA, a first-of-its-kind partnership announced in April 2024.
We’re proud to support the incredible athletes and passionate fanbases of the WNBA,” said Hailey Jackson Hartford Murray, Co-Proprietor of La Crema. “Our partnership with the Indiana Fever, alongside newly announced deal with the Phoenix Mercury, reflect our shared commitment to community, empowerment and elevating the voices of women in sports. We can’t wait to ‘raise a glass’ and celebrate the moments that make this league so special.”
Indianapolis is a strong market for La Crema, located less than two hours from Churchill Downs where La Crema has spent the last five years as the preferred wine of the Kentucky Derby. The 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star Weekend will take place in Indianapolis this year from July 18 – July 19, and La Crema will activate at the weekend fan fest event, WNBA Live, held at the Indiana Convention Center.
“We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with La Crema as we head into the 2025 WNBA season,” says Kelly Krauskopf, president of basketball and business operations for the Fever. “It’s a great time to be a part of women’s basketball here in Indianapolis, with both the excitement of our upcoming Fever season and the city hosting the WNBA All-Star Game this summer. We look forward to having La Crema join us here in Indianapolis and this partnership is a perfect way to celebrate the incredible energy surrounding our franchise.”
