The First Lady’s Initiative, Tennessee Serves, along with the Tractor Supply Foundation, the Tennessee Titans, and Cleary Construction partnered with national nonprofit KABOOM! and Clay County government to build a new ADA accessible play space at Hermitage Springs Park. The Steelers Girls Flag Football season came to an exciting finish with its Girls Flag Football Championships held at Carnegie Mellon University. In all, 15 teams competed in the day-long event, making for a successful completion of a third season of the girls flag football league. The 2023 season did not go as planned for the New York Jets. Specifically, the offense was far more offensive to the eyes than was expected for the 2023 New York Jets. The cause of that letdown is quite obvious: quarterback Aaron Rodgers (who was supposed to be the focal point of the offense) suffered an injury on the first drive of the season and missed the remainder of the season. Tyrese Haliburton is very well-versed in the lore of his franchise. The Indiana Pacers star guard delivered an excellent performance on Sunday the lights were brightest. In Game 7 against the New York Knicks, Haliburton answered the call with 26 points (including six made treys) as the Pacers stunned the Knicks at Madison Square Garden to win in a 130-109 blowout. He even talked trash to the Knicks faithful during his scoring outburst in the first half.
