The Suns and Mavericks are usually a fantastic game, and Dallas greatly benefited from Dereck Lively II’s return. Their defence suffered greatly while Lively II was sidelined due to an ankle sprain.
The Dallas Mavericks will start with a new lineup that will delight fans.
Dallas has four of their five starters back from injury now that Lively II is returned. Jason Kidd, the head coach of the Mavericks, has stated that Dante Exum will continue to start even when Kyrie Irving recovers from his injury.
We now also know who will start in place of Irving, Doncic, Lively II, and Exum.
Jones Jr.’s game against Phoenix was a great example of why he will be good as a small ball four. He showed flashes that he can score out of the short roll and was a great shooter off the catch.
This will be a fun new look for Dallas, and it could unlock a whole new level of success, considering how good Exum has been as of late.
