Former Tennessee football defensive lineman Tyler Baron is on the move again. Baron transferred out of the Tennessee football program in December, which came as a surprise to some. It was expected he and James Pearce Jr. would be the Vols’ edge rushers in 2024, but he had different plans.
The former Vol has notoriously transferred to three schools since December, with the University of Miami being his most recent stop. Before committing to Miami, he committed to Ole Miss out of Tennessee before officially transferring to Louisville for the spring.
Louisville seemed to be just a placeholder for Baron to go through spring workouts because after the Cardinals’ spring season ended, Baron jumped back in the portal and decided to stay within the ACC by joining Miami.
