Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis has discussed plans to redevelop the Reds’ City Ground stadium

Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis has outlined his long-term vision of taking the City Ground’s capacity up to 50,000.

When the Reds first announced plans to redevelop their stadium in 2019, they involved increasing the number of seats to 38,000. Earlier this week an update from chairman Tom Cartledge then emerged stating the proposed redevelopment would take capacity to 42,000.
