Florida State’s coaching staff is working hard to add to their 2026 recruiting class and has issued several offers over the past week. One of those went to four-star offensive tackle Sam Greer, who announced the offer on social media.
“Blessed to earn an offer from [FSU Football] can’t wait to get down in a few weeks,” he wrote. He tagged FSU assistant offensive line coach Cooper Williams in the post.
That visit has already been scheduled as he is set to visit Tallahassee on Jan. 30, according to Allen Trieu of 247Sports. The 6-foot-7, 310-pounder will also visit Missouri (Jan. 18), LSU (Jan. 25), and Florida (Feb. 1).
The Seminoles already have six players in their 2026 recruiting class, but three-star Xavier Payne is the only offensive lineman committed. They are working to change that and the visit with Greer will give them a great chance to become a factor in his recruitment.
