Herbert Scroggins III has been high on Tennessee since the Vols gave him his first Power Four scholarship offer six months ago. They were already one of the teams standing out to him, and his first trip to Knoxville only made him like Tennessee even more.

The Class of 2025 edge rusher from Benedictine Military School in Savannah, Ga., visited the Vols for the first time earlier this spring to attend one of their spring practices. He said Tennessee is “one of my top schools,” and he’s hoping to return to Knoxville on an official visit as early as next month.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Coming from a small town in Mississippi populated by fewer than 400 people, Tyrane Stewart‘s initial perception of Chapel Hill certainly differed from how most people would describe the city.

“How do you like Chapel Hill?” Brown asked him.

    “It’s so big,” Stewart replied.
