Swedish tennis pro Björn Borg, known in his tennis-prime as the ‘Ice Borg’, delighted the grand-slam circuit in his heyday between 1974 and 1981. No stranger to Wimbledon, he was crowned champion on five consecutive occasions (and earned six trophies at the French Open). His look was distinctive, shoulder-length golden locks held in place by a bandana. A look easy to recognise in his son, Leo, who, at 18, cruised through the opening round of the Wimbledon boys’ event yesterday (reportedly, 41 years – to the day – after Borg senior lifted the last of his trophies at the All England Club).
