Pitching during the 2024 Major League Baseball season was always in Rich Hill’s plans, he was just in no rush to sign a deal. Now the former Boston Red Sox pitcher is gearing up to show what he has in hopes to sign a deal with someone in the final months of the campaign.
Hill will pitch for interested teams in Waltham on Friday, FanSided’s Robert Murray reported on Wednesday. The Milton native has reportedly garnered interest from the Los Angeles and the New York Yankees— two teams he has previously pitched for in his career.
