Novak Djokovic has found out who his rival in the second round of the Masters in Shanghai will be!
It is the young American tennis player Alex Michelsen, who defeated China’s Yunchaokete Bu 2-0 in the first round.
One break was enough for Michelsen in the first set, in the penultimate game, after which he safely served and took a 1-0 lead.
The American then made a break at the start of the second set, which he kept until the end of the match to win it, and now face Djokovic.
This will be the first time they will play against each other.
Michelsen is currently ranked 43rd on the ATP list, which is also the best ranking of his career.
