“We’re building something special here, but growth doesn’t always happen on a straight path,” he said. “We’ll address the issues head-on and come back stronger. The passion and support from our fans drive us to get this right.”
Looking ahead, Norvell promised to focus on recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability. While this season fell short of expectations, his unwavering determination suggests that brighter days could still be ahead for the Seminoles.
