The Cowboys have added another defender from the portal.
Former UCLA defensive lineman Sitiveni Havili-Kaufusi has signed with Oklahoma State, according to reports from Robert Allenand 247Sports’ McClain Baxley.
Havili-Kaufusi spent the last six seasons at UCLA, where he grew into a full-time contributor and part-time starter over the last three.
After not seeing any action in 2019-21, he appeared in 12 games in 2022 recording seven total tackles and a QB hurry. In 2023, he played in 11 games and had five tackles. In 2024, he played in 11 games and started three, logging 10 takedowns and a tackle for loss. He comes to OSU as a redshirt senior with one year of eligibility remaining.
Havili-Kaufusi was a three-star prospect and the No. 15 recruit out of the state of Hawaii as a high school fullback at 6-foot-3 and 240 pounds. Over the last six years he’s developed into a 6-3, 282-pound interior defensive lineman.
