Former Missouri forward Aidan Shaw has found a new home, announcing his commitment to [ACC school] via the transfer portal. The 6-foot-8 athletic forward, known for his defensive versatility and high-flying dunks, will continue his college basketball career in the Atlantic Coast Conference after spending two seasons with the Tigers.

Shaw, a former four-star recruit from Blue Valley High School in Kansas, played a key role as a defensive presence for Mizzou. Last season, he averaged [insert stats] while providing energy off the bench. Though his offensive production was limited, his elite athleticism and shot-blocking ability made him a valuable piece of Missouri’s rotation.

With his transfer, Shaw joins a program that values length and defensive intensity, making it a strong fit for his playing style. The move gives him an opportunity for a fresh start, potentially with a larger offensive role.

Missouri has seen significant roster changes this offseason, with multiple players entering the portal as head coach Dennis Gates reshapes the team. Shaw’s departure leaves a gap in the Tigers’ frontcourt, but Mizzou will look to replace his impact with incoming transfers and recruits.

Shaw’s decision reflects the growing trend of player movement in college basketball, as athletes seek the best opportunities for development and playing time.
