Boston Bruins assistant coach Jay Leach is generating interest from one of the Original Six club’s rivals.
On the most recent episode of 32 Thoughts: The Podcast, Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reported that Leach is one of the coaches on the Penguins’ radar for their vacant head coaching job.
“Pittsburgh, we mentioned Mitch Love last pod. I think he’s high on their list. Other names I’ve kind of heard there are Jay Woodcroft, Jay Leach, Dave Quinn,” Friedman said.”
