On Monday night, the Indiana Pacers hosted the Boston Celtics for the second consecutive game. Indiana was planning to exact revenge after the Celtics defeated the Pacers on Saturday.
Boston had a greater chance of winning before the game even started because Jayson Tatum was sidelined this time around due to ankle injury management. However, they had to seize the opportunity against a Celtics club that, without Tatum, was up 2-0 going into the game.

The Celtics lost 133-131 to the Pacers on Monday in Indiana due to some defensive lapses. They likewise had poor late-game execution, albeit it coincided with an odd conclusion. Tyrese Haliburton left the game early in the second half, but the Pacers still had a fantastic offensive night. After the loss, the Celtics are currently 28-8 for the season, and they have several important games left on their schedule.

Since both teams were having easy shots, the game was competitive early on. At the end of the first half, the Celtics had a double-digit lead that they maintained into the third quarter. However, the Pacers soon erased the lead in the third quarter with an explosive offensive display.

After that, the fourth quarter saw back-and-forth scoring between the Pacers and the Celtics. The other team usually seems to have an answer available right after a big 3-point shot was made by one team. On Monday, there were 26 lead changes.

Brown attempted a jump shot with 3.2 seconds remaining, but it was missed, and Hield was penalized for a defensive foul. The Pacers successfully disputed the foul. It had the moniker “clean block.” The blue and gold team delivered the ball into Mathurin with just over three seconds left. After turning, he took a three, and Porzingis fouled him.

They managed to hold on and outscore Boston 74-63 in the second half despite the injury to their star player. It was a noteworthy triumph
