LSU basketball coach Matt McMahon is trying to remain optimistic that hard-luck junior forward Daimion Collins can return at some point this season after dislocating his right shoulder in the Tigers’ loss to Pittsburgh Friday at the Greenbrier Tip-Off in West Virginia. “It was a scary event there,” McMahon said Wednesday. “As we saw, he clearly dislocated his shoulder. He’s having testing done this week. BYU football will honor 20 seniors on Senior Nnight in their final regular season game against Houston. For this group, it’s been a journey of perseverance, growth and leadership that has carried the Cougars to an impressive 9-2 record in year two in the Big 12. “These guys are awesome,” said coach Kalani Sitake. “I love coaching these guys.” Of the 20 seniors, 17 have seen significant time on the field throughout the year.
