General manager Brad Treliving made the announcement Thursday after the Original Six franchise lost to the Boston Bruins in seven games in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Nick Harris:Â You’re onto something by seeing that the Cowboys got bigger and more physical coming out of the draft than they were going into it. Yes, a couple of positions were not addressed, but size, physicality and play in the trenches saw a significant uptick. Half of the picks were spent at the line of scrimmage and the other half saw them bring in tough skill players on both sides of the ball.
