Metz is visiting Michigan this weekend and he has a couple other visits lined up as well, and he is planning to commit next weekend after also visiting with Alabama and Ole Miss. “I’m going to Michigan this weekend, Bama next Thursday and then Ole Miss,” Metz said, according to an article from 247 Sports. “I will commit after that visit Saturday or early Sunday!” Luke Metz did release…
Detroit Lions offensive linemen said their farewells to Jonah Jackson after the guard signed a free agency deal with the Los Angeles Rams. All-Pro Penei Sewell had some mixed emotions—obviously thrilled for Jackson but bummed he’ll be missing from the locker room this year: And, lastly, a word from the man himself. Through his four years in Detroit, Jonah Jackson always just put his head down and worked. Didn’t have a ton to say to the media, never seemed to bask in a limelight. Just went out and did his work. That was reflected in his farewell on social media.…
Montravius Adams has found a home in Pittsburgh in recent years, and the Steelers will continue to hang on to the defensive lineman. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Steelers are re-signing Adams. The veteran will get a new two-year deal from the Steelers Adams spent parts of the 2021 campaign in New England and New Orleans before catching on with the Steelers. He started four of his five appearances down the stretch of that season, and he’s started 17 of his 30 appearances over the past two campaigns. The 28-year-old has combined for 50 tackles over the past two years, and…
Now, it’s no surprise to see Edmonton trying to get the most out of what they paid for, especially with both Henrique and Carrick set to become unrestricted free agents this summer. But Henrique is 34 and Carrick 32, likely limiting any contract negotiations to the short-term. That’ll be a change of pace for the veteran Henrique, who’s had just three contracts across his 14-year NHL career. What’s more, he’ll be roughly one full season away from his 1,000th game in the NHL when this season ends – meaning wherever Henrique signs next is likely where he achieves that tremendous…

He said he’s…
Former Michigan linebacker Devin Bush Jr. is headed back to the AFC North. The No. 10 overall pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2019 has agreed to a one-year deal with the Cleveland Browns, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Thursday. The Steelers declined the fifth-year option on Bush in 2022, and the 5-foot-11, 236-pounder signed a one-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks last offseason worth $3.5 million. He played the lowest percentage of snaps in his career at 27%, finishing with 37 tackles, including five for loss, in 13 games (three starts). Bush’s career got off to a promising start, recording…

The Celtic academy product has been brilliant since his arrival at the Hawthorns, scoring six times in his nine league games. When discussing the young players having a difficult time establishing themselves in the Celtic first-team, Walker said on Go Radio…
