Former Georgia and USC defensive tackle Bear Alexander is ready for a fresh start with the Oregon Ducks, and he’s not just looking for another team—he’s searching for a place to truly call home. After a whirlwind college journey that has seen him transfer multiple times, Alexander is eager to settle in, make an impact, and prove he can be a dominant force in the trenches.
Alexander, a highly touted recruit out of high school, initially committed to Georgia, where he played a role in the Bulldogs’ dominant defense. However, he later transferred to USC, where he showcased flashes of brilliance but never quite found the stability or role he was seeking. Now, at Oregon, he believes he’s finally in the right place to maximize his potential. “I just want to be somewhere I can grow, develop, and help a team win big games,” Alexander said.
