He has Michigan defeating Alabama by a significant margin. Alabama’s senior wide receiver Jermaine Burton retaliated against Lewan on social media. One of two College Football Playoff Semifinal games takes place at the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day between Alabama and Michigan. Fans of the Crimson Tide took offence at Lewan’s remark that he gets inside the players’ thoughts.
