LOS ANGELES — Class of 2026 quarterback Troy Huhn was among the headliners during Steve Clarkson’s annual ‘The QB Retreat’ over Memorial Day weekend and showed exactly why he has seen his stock rise dramatically over the last few months.
The talented signal caller from San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills displayed really good arm talent and anticipation, making a number of impressive throws while working out alongside some of the best players in the event.
KANSAS CITY, MO – The fourth session of the Nike EYBL has come and gone. In recapping the event, I wanted to take an ordered approach based on the games I was able to watch. First, I covered my personal top-10 performers from the 17U Division.
Up next, I’m taking a look at eight four-stars from the class of 2025 who I would feel comfortable going to battle with in any situation. These are far from the only hard-playing, reliable dudes out there but they are the eight who stood out to me the most for their consistent effort and toughness over the course of the weekend.
Tomorrow, I’ll be taking a look at a group of three-star prospects in the class of 2025 who are either on the rise or helping themselves out. I’ll wrap up my coverage from Kansas City with a look at some of the top players from the classes of 2026 and 2027 that I was able to watch throughout the course of the four-day event.
