An anonymous university housing staffer tipped off a local journalist after noticing Mellusi’s name wasn’t on the lease—yet he’d been staying in the high-rise for over three months.
The booster in question, reportedly a long-time donor and season ticket holder known only as “Mr. K,” has ties to several other Wisconsin athletes through past NIL campaigns. However, this time there may be more to the story.
